The team leader training course is designed to equip you with practical skills. It focuses on three main components: first, it teaches how to set clear goals and develop actionable plans for achieving them. The training course is built with flexibility in mind. Typically the programme consists of 4 online facilitated live meetings spaced over 6 weeks. Participants have access to online tools and resources, reading material podcasts, assessements and knowledge quizzes in between these meetings. The programme can be delivered in person or on client premises to larger groups.
